When going into ministry, understanding leadership is very important. Ramon Pastrano joins us to talk about leadership training and how it helps people in different cultures. Over the years, he has worked with different groups in how to see the world through another culture’s eyes. He also helps people find their own strengths and ways to lead others well.
Ramon cares a lot about reflecting Jesus in everything he does. He takes many examples from Jesus’ life in how to lead others. In the U.S., he currently prays that groups will be open to working with others that are different than them. He reminds us that Jesus is the answer to problems today, just as He always has been.
